Program Manager, Network Losses, ROW

Network Losses (NL) Organization exists to reduce and control operationally controllable defects that result in financial loss to the company presented in inventory overwrite or customer concessions.

NL AM – Network Losses Area Manager – will be responsible for reducing operations defects leading to network losses.

NL AM will work closely and daily with field operations, security, and loss prevention legal vendor management teams to make sure process defects leading to losses are eliminated and reflected in weekly loss figures.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with operational stakeholders to align new input metrics.
2. Daily tracking of input metrics, actively engaging with operations to implement fixes and enhance these metrics.
3. Identifying and addressing new operational defects by implementing effective countermeasures.
4. Identifying and highlighting structural challenges to drive the NL charter forward.
