Job Description: Program Advisor
The Program Manager is a critical, front-facing role responsible for driving enrolment and serving as the primary bridge between prospective students/parents and the HOAG educational philosophy. You will not simply sell a program; you will consult with high-achieving families to position the HOAG Summer School and other programs as a transformative, career-defining step for their child‘s future leadership trajectory. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep belief in experiential learning, and the ability to articulate the value of an ‘Ivy-Grade‘ education.
