Job SummaryThe Program Manager – Manufacturing & Operations Next Gen ERP is responsible to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP implementation within a high-tech manufacturing environment.This role serves as a critical bridge between the ERP Program Management Office (PMO) and Manufacturing & Operations stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program objectives and operational needs across planning, production, supply chain, and quality functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact between the ERP PMO and Manufacturing & Operations, translating business requirements into program deliverables and technical solutions.Partner with functional leaders (e.g., production, supply chain, engineering, quality) to understand current processes, identify gaps, and drive ERP-enabled process improvements.Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and day-to-day coordination to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and prioritized.Ensure Manufacturing & Operati...
