Responsabilidades

• Lead and govern the IT/Cloud infrastructure program portfolio , including modernization, cloud migrations, datacenter consolidation, network evolution, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks .
• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, closure, ensuring strategic alignment of all projects with business and technology goals.
• Oversee program budget, financial tracking, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, Security, PMO, Vendor Management) and manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
