Job Summary
The Program Manager – Manufacturing & Operations Next Gen ERP is responsible to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP implementation within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role serves as a critical bridge between the ERP Program Management Office (PMO) and Manufacturing & Operations stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program objectives and operational needs across planning, production, supply chain, and quality functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP PMO and Manufacturing & Operations, translating business requirements into program deliverables and technical solutions.
- Partner with functional leaders (e.g., production, supply chain, engineering, quality) to understand current processes, identify gaps, and drive ERP-enabled process improvements.
