**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations or management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or large-scale operations, with increasing levels of responsibility and self-sustainability in prior roles.
- Ability to comfortably operate and execute within technical spaces, with a capacity for learning new systems and tools.
- Excellent client services engagement, coupled with a passion for customer service and adept people management skills across both highly technical and non-technical partners.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Passion for functioning in an ambiguous, evolving engineering operations environment.
