**OVERVIEW**
Longenecker & Associates (L&A) seeks a **Program Manager II**to contribute to our mission supporting our work at **NNSA’s Office of Material Management and Minimization**in **Oslo, Norway**.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level program management support to enhance project delivery, rigor, and speed.
- Collaborate with M3, partner technical teams, and Norwegian government officials to identify and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices in program management to minimize project delays.
- Provide regular progress reports to M3 leadership.
