Key Job Responsibilities

• First Mile Governance
  • Own the weekly First Mile volume reconciliation process across AFN, USF, and EF programs.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks related to volume shifts, topology changes, and upstream assumptions.
  • Partner with S&OP, Business, and Finance teams to ensure planning assumptions remain synchronized.
  • Act as the primary First Mile governance contact for the IBP process.
• High Velocity Events (HVE) Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning readiness for major commercial events.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning reviews to validate demand, capacity, and operational constraints.
  • Build and maintain event-specific governance mechanisms, including executive updates, risk trackers, and daily control towers.
  • Drive post-event reconciliations and document lessons learned to improve future planning cycles.
