Program Manager I, Network Capacity Delivery

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience with planning and leading network deployments.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data-driven risk management (e.g. integrating data into risk and control assessments).
- Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
