Key Responsibilities- Lead assigned programs from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.- Collaborate closely with internal teams across disciplines and locations, as well as external partners, manufacturers, and suppliers, to ensure aligned execution.- Maintain focus on delivering high-quality end products while actively identifying opportunities to reduce production and maintenance costs.- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels while understanding customer needs and translating them into program outcomes.- Travel to AutoStore facilities in Norway 2-3 times per month to ensure close coordination and progress tracking of key programs.
