Program Manager, Global Demand Planning & IBP

Job Summary

Responsible to drive and optimize Demand Management processes. Partners with cross‑functional teams from Sales and Commercial to Supply and Operations. Consolidates and measures Demand Forecast Accuracy and Bias across all markets, monitors forecast changes, and communicates assumptions driving the demand plans. Utilizes systems, tools, and data sets to provide a clear Demand picture and IBP financial plan. Aligns the IBP plan to the SAP material load forecast in both dosage and dollar terms to direct resource allocation, production, and deployment decisions. Manages bid review and demand control processes to capitalize on market growth opportunities. Acts as the conduit between the Commercial Organization and the Supplier Organization, serving as the “Voice of the Customer” within AGO and ensuring an unconstrained view of market demand to drive capacity planning and production priorities across the portfolio.
