Program Manager, Finance Transformation

About the role

Lead the delivery of a complex, multi-year ERP transformation programme for Group Finance, including ERP cloud migration, integration with dependent systems, retirement of legacy platforms, process redesign and business change. The role will ensure delivery is governed in line with PMO and portfolio standards, with clear management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, benefits and executive reporting.
 
Partner with Group Finance SMEs and Technology stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions, driving continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and reporting.
 
Management of a key vendor to ensure delivery is implemented with strong business process change governance and documentation practices, enabling seamless transition, stable operations, audit readiness and effective adoption by end users. Delivery oversight across th...
