Program Manager – Digital Wealth Implementation

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital wealth solutions. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of ADIB's new Wealth & Invest experience within the mobile app focusing on digital onboarding integration with solution providers and consolidation of Wealth & Securities products into a unified platform across multiple markets. This role is pivotal in driving business value through scalable compliant and innovative digital wealth offerings fostering collaboration across various internal teams and external partners.
