On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity is seeking a Program Manager to provide program management support within a portfolio that includes Data for Connected Health and the Digital Health Standards teams. The role is intended to strengthen overall program development, coordination, reporting, and oversight across interconnected workstreams, and to support effective planning, governance, and operational execution across the portfolio.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
