Purpose Statement

The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas. The position is responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and managing the day-to-day customer relationship. In essence, be the “voice of Plexus” to the customer and the “voice of the customer” to Plexus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting revenue and customer growth objectives for Plexus through managing of Program Managers and Customer teams, while working closely with quoting, manufacturing & materials.
• Responsible for understanding and driving the customer P&L (sales, margins, mark‑ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any specific cost drivers.
• Work with site leadership in regards to customer initiatives such as determining priority for capacity conflicts and coordinating site revenue/P&L improvements.
