At the forefront of service delivery to individuals, families and communities, TCS is seeking skilled, experienced and self‑directed managers to assist in the development of staffed homes and/or community‑based programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of staff members working in community, staffed home and/or community‑based programming;
• Developing community activities and opportunities to enhance the inclusion and acceptance of individuals with developmental disabilities;
• Participating in a person‑centered planning process for individuals; and
• Managing a staffed home.
