Program Manager, Clinical Standards

Your Opportunity:

The Program Manager of Clinical Standards is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of clinical standards of care and specialized practice frameworks that support safe, evidence-informed patient care across Emergency Health Services, Mobile Integrated Health (MIH), and other specialized clinical programs. The Program Manager is responsible for leading the development, review, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Medical Control Protocols (MCPs), ensuring they reflect current evidence, clinical best practice, and organizational priorities.
