Program Manager -Branch GTM Strategy – | Rupeek | Bengaluru Role Overview As a Program Manager – you will be responsible for managing the expansion, operations and PnL of new branches — from planning to on-ground execution. This role combines branch GTM, operational rigor, analytical thinking, and customer problem solving. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Program Execution: Own the full lifecycle of new branch launches — planning, approvals, setup, tracking, and performance management. On-Ground Execution: Personally oversee branding, hiring, vendor coordination, and BTL marketing to ensure a seamless launch experience.
