**What you will do**:
Under general direction of the JCI organization and implementing systems plus manufacturing Engineering activities to have the workstreams fully implemented and able to report standard cost and perpetual inventory.
The Program Manager will lead Manufacturing Operating Systems implementation for all chillers BU; maintain ownership on managing cross-functional team planning and execution aimed to meet their respective deliverables on a sufficient and timely manner ensuring Operating System Program progress to overall master plan; and, provide continual updates to JCI - Chillers Leadership stakeholders on Chillers workstreams implementation to master plan, with full use of an escalation process to request leadership support on program issues not resolved.
