Program Manager, Amazon Devices Beta (Zapopan)

The Amazon Devices Beta (ADB) Team is your hall pass to play at work!! We are responsible for the “real world validation” of Kindle eReaders, Fire Tablets, FireTV products, and emerging products such as Amazon Smart Oven and Amazon Basics Microwave. We work with product and engineering teams to prepare new product launches, system software and app updates, and marketplace expansions, gathering feedback and exposing issues and bugs prior to the product launch so we delight customers with products beyond their expectations.

Key job responsibilities

• Build and execute programs to validate the customer experience during the product development cycle.
• Work with end users and a wide variety of internal teams to develop strategy and execute the program to confirm from a customer perspective we are ready to launch.
