Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
• English language proficiency.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service/program management.
• Knowledge: Office ERP Experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
• Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
• Quotation and RFQ skills.
• NPI management.

Responsibilities

• OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
• Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime).
• Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
