Knowledge: Office ERP Experience.

Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
Quotation and RFQ skills.
NPI management.
Responsibilities
OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime).
Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
