We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Program Manager to independently lead complex, high-impact global initiatives focused on transforming our contracting operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead complex, end-to-end global programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing major new service launches and large-scale process transformations.
• Proactively identify operational gaps and define strategic roadmaps, setting objectives and deliverables that align with the organization’s highest-level goals for security effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Develop, own, and execute comprehensive program architectures, including advanced risk mitigation strategies, resource capacity planning, and executive-level communication plans.
