- Lead overall PMO engagement and act as primary point of contact
- Establish and drive project governance and PMO frameworks
- Oversee project controls, reporting, and performance tracking
- Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and escalations
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with PMO standards
- Define and implement project methodologies, templates, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
