Program Management Launch Ford Champ

The Program Management Launch PD Champ is responsible to drive cross-functional teams to achieve Program launch delivery with the use of relevant product/program knowledge, communication, people skills, and process expertise.
- BS in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics / Computer Science Engineering.
- English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
- Knowledge of vehicle components functions.
- Data analytics
- Software understanding; mid to strong knowledge of programming fundamentals as well as experience in a programming language (i.e., C++, Python, Java).
- Written and oral communication skills: drive projects to success through effective issue resolution, communication, and scope management (Spanish/English).
- Global perspective, can-do attitude & good business acumen a plus.
