Overview

As a Senior Principal, you will join our growing CRL Practice as an experienced transformation leader responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering large‑scale, multi‑tower programs across multiple industries.

You will bring together program excellence, domain expertise, and commercial leadership to guide clients through complex change journeys. You will play a pivotal role in combining strategic advisory, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence, leading engagements that reimagine how enterprises operate, transform, learn, reskill, and perform.

Your work will span discovery, solutioning, mobilization, execution, and value realization across major transformation portfolios.

A core part of your mandate is to own service governance and portfolio controls across complex, multi‑vendor ecosystems.
