**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Provide technical coordination and operational support to programs in Mexico City, including regular collaboration with IYF's staff and local partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with all aspects of assigned projects—including case management, training, recruitment, and job placement—and provide operational guidance to ensure activities are implemented effectively and in compliance with donor regulations and IYF policies/procedures.
- Coordinate field teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure program activities are executed in alignment with donor expectations, timelines, and program goals.
