Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Recreation and Community Coordinator, the Program Coordinator will help plan and develop weekly, special event programs, and youth courses throughout the year. The Program Coordinator will supervise Program Leaders working in the program and provide ongoing direction, supervision and evaluation. The Program Coordinator will assist the Recreation and Community Coordinator in establishing and implementing the annual orientation for Program Leaders and any ongoing training. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for completing administrative duties and assisting in registration for all recreation programming.
