Catholic Social Services is seeking a collaborative and highly organized Program Coordinator to support the successful development and delivery of the new employment training program, Navigating Upward (RENU).
This contract full‑time position will end on March 31, 2028, with a possibility of extension. Application closing date: June 18, 2026.
This role focuses on employment counselling, participant coaching, and case management, supporting individuals with diverse needs as they progress through training and into sustainable employment.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Program Coordinators play a key role in delivering high‑quality, participant‑centered services and contributing to strong program outcomes across all cohorts.
