Program & Change Manager

Overview

As a Program & Change Manager within Change Management & Capacity Planning, you own the project management and change management of retail initiatives from scoping and delivery planning through build and rollout, ensuring they are tightly managed and introduced to stores in a way that will land. You will collaborate with dedicated cross‑functional partners to achieve shared initiatives throughout the year.

• Owning a portfolio of initiatives for multiple cross‑functional partners, keeping priorities, sequencing, and delivery status tracked and visible throughout the year.
