Program Assistant (PA)
Program Assistants support senior program staff by coordinating high‑level travel, calendar management, briefing materials, and communications. They ensure timely follow‑up on meetings, maintain accurate documents, contribute to office administration, and collaborate across multiple time zones.
Duties and Accountabilities- Highly proactive time, travel, and calendar management for PM(s), including effective prioritization and resolution of related conflicts and competing demands.
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including mission planning, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
