Program Assistant, Day Program (Temporary Full Time for 1 Year)

Overview

Core Function: Under the direction of the Program Manager/Program Coordinator, plans or participates in the planning of appropriate activities and providing high quality services to clients of the Day Program.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or Social Services, health sciences, activation, or equivalent
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation is essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team player
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
• Recent certification in CPR
• Recent satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen result
• Fluency in English and ability to converse in Chinese
• Must be able to work across different Yee Hong sites as needed
