Profile Upload Specialist

Job Summary

In this role, the Upload Specialist will be responsible for submitting, uploading, and creating candidate or client profiles across various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms by pulling finalized candidate profiles that have already been created and attached to the job applicant page in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and submit profiles in various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Ensure all pertinent client requested information is included upon upload.
• Verify candidate profile matches the job applicant page in Salesforce.
• Communicate any discrepancies with the Account Coordinator that created the file.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, profile management, account management coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
