Job Description

We are looking for a Professional, Publisher Services to join our Media Team from LATAM, located in Bogota, Colombia and reporting to the Regional Media Delivery Director. The Professional, Publisher Services will play a critical role in driving publisher strategy, inventory quality, and operational excellence across Epsilon’s media ecosystem. This role is designed for a highly analytical professional with a strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, including SSPs, publishers, trading dynamics, and media delivery optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying delivery opportunities and challenges, analyzing campaign and inventory performance, and translating insights into actionable publisher and platform partnerships that improve scale, efficiency, quality, and commercial outcomes.
