Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day people operations functions, implementation of employee Performance Management initiatives and Professional Development
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual Performance Management and Professional Development reports - must be done on a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant people operations and accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Performance Management and Professional Development reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Human Relations / Career Development or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT / Shared Services industry
