Productivity Technical Specialist-Atlassian

Job Purpose To drive improvements in productivity and collaboration across Sage through the use of technology. We champion the adoption of Microsoft, Atlassian and AI solutions, including tools such as Jira, JSM & Confluence. Our mission is to promote both new and established tools, guiding best practices and encouraging innovative technical problem-solving to address internal customer challenges. We work as part of a collaborative team environment, actively contributing to team objectives and key results. We need to keep aware of updates and changes in the Atlassian suite and proactively sharing relevant information and insights within the wider Atlassian community. By sharing knowledge, upskilling teams, and leveraging our expertise with Atlassian and AI technologies, we empower others to resolve issues independently.
