About the Job

As a Production Worker on our Horticultural Production Team, you will work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high‑quality soil and mulch products. You will operate key equipment such as forklifts, palletizers, and other machinery to support a cleaner, greener future. The position is available on the day shift (Monday‑Friday 6:00a.m.–2:30p.m.) and the afternoon shift (Monday‑Thursday 2:30p.m.–1:00a.m.). The starting wage is $24.89/hr and will increase to $26.00/hr after one year of service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors
• Running the mulch and soil production lines
• Supporting machine operation and shipping when needed
