PRODUCTION WORKER

Job Responsibilities

1. Weigh chemicals accurately for correct rubber calculation.
2. Capable of grinding and shredding rubber.
3. Join rubbers together to form wheels and ensure proper shaping.
4. Spray silicone on rubber as per tire department specifications.
5. Repair punctured tires and replace worn-out tires; pin joints to prevent separation during heating.
6. Inspect and assess tires for damage, wear, and tear; reject defective tires.
7. Operate on the production assembly line.
8. Understand the mechanics of the product.
9. Pay attention to detail to ensure correct assembly and identify faults.
10. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting.
11. Adhere to Health and Safety standards and promote dignity and diversity in the workplace.
12. Maintain good personal hygiene and wear provided uniforms appropriately.
