Production Worker - Solid Surface

Full Time Production Worker (Edmonton)

Primary responsibility is fabricating CORIAN solid surface countertops and components, including cutting, seaming and sanding material. We perform both commercial and residential work. On a daily basis, the position requires the unloading and loading of supplies, operating polishers/grinders by hand, operating a mechanical lifter and cleaning up the floors and areas that surround the work area.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Must be hard working, motivated, well organized and task oriented.
• Basic computer skills, MS Office.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal).
• Ability to read units of measurement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hand woodworking tools and the operation of power tools such as table saw, chop saw etc.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
