Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Systems, the Production Technician, Systems is responsible to aid in the assembly and testing of Readers and Hosts.
What will you do?
- Assemble and repair systems
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Participate in review for quality control
- Make adjustments as necessary to fix product within specifications
- Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as required
- Liaises with operators and other departments
- Clean and maintain work area
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Minimum High School diploma or GED and/or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience
- Manual dexterity skills and the ability to assemble products quickly and accurately
