Production Team Leader (Night Shift - Senai)

The primary role of the Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include managing day‑to‑day production and planning functions, programming, set‑up and monitoring of production equipment/processes, performing assembly operations, performing quality control of incoming and finished goods, and ensuring compliance with ResMed’s quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of production operators to achieve production goals and targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the highest level of product quality and safety.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement in production processes.
