Production Team Lead
- Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
- Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience.
- Set and review production schedules to make sure product is out to meet our customers needs.
Qualifications
- You are a positive leader and fast learner with a willingness to learn all operations within the bakery.
- You have previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- You are a great communicator, problem solver and critical thinker.
- You are an early riser who can work independently or with a small team.
- You have an ability to forecast and adjust production level based on a detailed review of business data.
