Production systems leader (Madrid)

Overview

We are supporting a fast‑growing semiconductor manufacturing company in Murcia in the recruitment of a Production Systems Leader to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of its manufacturing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement state‑of‑the‑art software and system production infrastructures.
• Maintain robust production systems and manufacturing data flows, covering equipment automation interfaces, MES, ERP (SAP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), databases and security‑related processes.
• Coordinate projects and best‑practice deployment with other back‑end test sites located in Meyreuil and Murcia.
• Work closely with IT & Security, Software Development, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams, as well as external technology partners and suppliers.
