Assists in various manufacturing tasks, supporting production operators and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe workflow. Responsibilities include preparing materials and equipment, monitoring production to meet quality standards, packaging, cleaning and maintaining machinery, and performing other assigned duties to meet production goals. This role often requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
