Responsibilities
- Provide daily application and production support for International Wealth Management (IWM) systems.
- Provide support in rotational shifts and participate in on‑call support as required.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Monitor production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or permanent resolutions.
- Liaise with business users, infrastructure teams, development teams, and vendors to resolve production incidents.
- Coordinate system upgrades, release management, and change implementations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments for BAU changes and projects.
