Responsibilities
Monitor application health, batch processes, and production environments.
Investigate incidents, perform log analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
Support production deployments, change reviews, and post-release validation.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Grafana, Kibana, and related observability tools
Perform operational support activities, including manual interventions and recovery actions when required.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain production stability.
