Position Description:
2–5 years of experience in a production support, application support roles.
Solid understanding of ITIL concepts — incident management, change management, and escalation procedures.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, or Remedy.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and investigating data-related production issues.
Practical experience with Unix/Linux command-line and Shell scripting for log analysis, job monitoring, and task automation.
Experience managing and troubleshooting scheduled jobs using Rundeck or equivalent schedulers (Control-M, Autosys).
