Production Support Engineer – Banking Apps (ITIL/SLAs)

Astek is seeking a Production/Application Support specialist in Madrid. This role includes support for core banking applications and involvement in deployments and user support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, especially in critical environments, and solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle.

Good English skills are needed, along with availability to work one day a week in the office. Experience with ITIL and handling tickets via ServiceNow and Jira is also essential.
