- Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues across C# backend and React JS frontend
- Analyse logs, application behaviour, and error reports to identify root causes
- Query and validate data in MSSQL databases to support issue resolution
- Work with development teams to escalation and resolve defects or system bugs
- Provide timely updates and resolution status to stakeholders
- Perform basic bug fixes or configuration changes where applicable
- Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring
- Document incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolutions
