We believe that teamwork—collaborating and sharing perspectives is essential to achieving the best results. Agropur is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Woodstock team for the evening shift (2:30 pm to 11 pm).
The Production Supervisor evening shift leads the production department to ensure that qualitative and quantitative measures included in the operating plan are met. Specific focus is on sanitation and quality results (HACCP and SQF), health and safety, good manufacturing practices and productivity. The incumbent participates to maintain the requirements on food safety, quality and defence. Other focus areas are labour relations, employee scheduling/staffing, cost improvements, and customer satisfaction.
